We offer the service of covering 3D bone implants with the osteogenic layer (BONE+) of GoHAP® hydroxyapatite nanoparticles which mimic the bioapatite present in bone tissue. The results of biological tests showed the advantage of GoHAP® hydroxyapatite over other commercial powders [1].

Bone implants are covered using a unique ultrasound technology, which was developed and patented by the Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences Laboratory of Nanostructures team. The ultrasound technology allows the creation of an active nano-layer of hydroxyapatite on the whole implant structure, which showed accelerated regeneration of the bone defect in tests on an animal model. The developed technology enables covering solid, porous and fibrious materials. There is a possibility of covering both polymers and metals.
We individually tailor the service to the requirements set by the customer.
