On 14 October 2016 an implantation of a personalized biodegradable bone implant made by MaterialsCare took place at the Puławska Veterinary Clinic in Warsaw.
The operation was a success. The four-legged patient received an implant that replaced as much as 10 cm of a bone taken by a bone cancer.
